Privacy Policy

Last updated July 5, 2026

This policy explains what information Fuzzify collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

01Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Fuzzify(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our competitor price and product intelligence platform (the “Service”). It applies to information we process as a controller for our own account and billing purposes, as well as the catalog and competitor data you submit, which we process on your behalf to provide the Service.

02Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details (managed through our authentication provider), and the company or brand name associated with your account.
  • Catalog and competitor data. Product names, descriptions, prices, currencies, URLs, and images that you import for your own products and for the competitors you choose to track, plus the price history we collect during monitoring.
  • Billing information. Your subscription plan and related billing details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
  • Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected automatically to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Communications. Messages you send us and your notification and email digest preferences.

03How we use information

  • To provide the Service: ingest catalogs, generate AI matches and similarity scores, suggest prices, and monitor competitor pages for changes.
  • To send transactional messages and the price-change and new-product alerts and digests you have enabled.
  • To process payments, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To secure, maintain, debug, and improve the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

04AI processing

To match products and generate price suggestions, we send product text (and, if you enable image matching, product images) to third-party AI providers that create embeddings and judge similarity. This data is transmitted to those providers solely to return results to you. We select providers that do not use business API data to train their models by default. Matches, scores, and suggestions are automated outputs and may be inaccurate; you remain in control and confirm or reject them.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service, with the categories of providers below (our “sub-processors”):

  • Supabase: database, authentication, and hosting of your account and catalog data.
  • Stripe: processing subscription payments and managing billing.
  • Resend: sending transactional emails and alert digests.
  • Our hosting provider: serving the application.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights and the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).

06Competitor and publicly available data

The competitor product data collected through the Service comes from web pages you direct us to scan. You are responsible for choosing which sites to import and monitor and for ensuring your use of that data complies with applicable law and the source sites’ terms. We process this data on your behalf to provide the matching, pricing, and monitoring features.

07Data retention

We retain your account and catalog data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Price history is kept to power trends and change detection. When you delete data or close your account, we delete or de-identify your information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal, tax, or security obligations.

08Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation so that each account’s data is scoped to that account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09International transfers

Our providers may process and store information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.

10Your rights and choices

  • Access, correct, export, or delete your account and catalog data from your settings or by contacting us.
  • Manage notification and email-digest preferences, and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws, including rights to access, correct, delete, port, and object to certain processing. We honor verifiable requests as required by law.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@fuzzify.app.

11Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to secure and operate the Service. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

12Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) and update the “Last updated” date above.
